Our solutions include our electronic health record, practice management and patient health record software, our care coordination and clinical data transmission services, value added services through our partners and our health outcomes research solutions.

We are committed to the protection of your privacy and your personal information. Your use of and access to the Services is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. Any capitalized term used but not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning attributed to it in our Terms of Use.

Your data will be collected via Contact Us page on the Website. Your data will also be collected through Our Blog section which will allow Users to comment and reply. It will be a moderated communication, which means that the comments and replies by Users will not be posted without being reviewed by the admin before permitting to be visible on our Website.

Information we collect about you may include your name, address, telephone number, email address, or the information you enter on or upload to our Website.

This Privacy Policy allows us to offer services and features to personalize the Website to make the interaction more personalised, safer and easier. Due to the communications standards on the Internet, when a User or the End-User or anyone who visits the Website, Health Compass automatically receives the URL of the site from which anyone visits. Health Compass has implemented best international and industry practices and security policies, rules and technical measures to protect the personal data that it has under its control from unauthorised access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorised modification and unlawful destruction or accidental loss.
